Co-habitation Agreements

A cohabitation agreement is a form of legal agreement reached between couples who have chosen to live together, the agreement can be used to record all manner of issues.

It is possible to put almost anything you like into a cohabitation agreement but it is essential to get legal advice as to what should, or should not be included, as some provisions you would like to include may be unenforceable and could prevent your whole agreement being legally binding.
